PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
US & Canada: 5–12 business days
UK & Europe: 7–15 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Delivery estimates are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched, not from the moment it is placed.

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

DELAYS
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or other external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@getwildnest.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
