10 Reasons Why These Socks Keep Your Feet Comfortable Through A 12-Hour Shift With No Chair
10 Reasons Why These Socks Keep Your Feet Comfortable Through A 12-Hour Shift With No Chair
Sharon T. – Supermarket Cashier
1. STILL COMFORTABLE AFTER 12 HOURS ON YOUR FEET

Shop floors, wards and kitchen tiles are concrete under a thin layer of vinyl, with no give at all. Zoned cushioning under the heel and the ball of the foot absorbs every step, so the burning under your feet stops being how every shift ends.
2. THE END-OF-SHIFT SMELL STOPS HERE

Cotton soaks up sweat and holds it against your skin all shift. That is what you smell the second you kick your shoes off in the hallway. GroundGuard is zero cotton and zero wool: the knit pushes moisture out and a mesh panel vents it.
3. NO HOLES, EVEN AFTER MONTHS OF SHIFTS

46% nylon, double-knitted through the heel and the toe, the two spots that wear through first when you are on your feet all day. Tear a pair inside a year, send a photo and your order number, and we replace it free.
4. DRY FEET. ALL SHIFT LONG.

Closed trainers and clogs trap heat with nowhere for it to go. The knit moves sweat off your skin the moment it forms and the mesh lets it out, instead of leaving your feet hot, damp and rubbing by mid-afternoon.
5. LESS ACHE IN YOUR LEGS BY CLOSING TIME

A built-in arch-lock band supports your arch and takes part of the load off your foot. Less work for your feet all day means less of that heavy, dragging feeling in your legs when you finally get to sit down.
6. STAYS UP ALL DAY WITHOUT DIGGING IN

A wide, soft ribbed cuff holds them from the first hour to the last. No sliding down into your shoe, no bunching under the arch, and no red ring around your calf when you peel them off at night.
7. STRAIGHT IN THE WASH WITH YOUR UNIFORM

No wool means nothing to shrink and nothing to felt. In the machine with your tabard or your scrubs, tumble dry, after every single shift. They come out the same shape and the same thickness they went in.
8. ONE SOCK FOR EVERY SEASON

Breathable enough for a hot kitchen in July, warm enough for the bus stop in February. One sock all year round, instead of two drawers and a guess at six in the morning.
9. 99-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Wear them. Wash them. Put them through three months of real shifts. If they are not the most comfortable socks you have ever stood in, you get your money back, worn or washed. 99 days, no questions.
10. 70,000+ PAIRS ARE ALREADY ON THEIR FEET EVERY DAY

More than 70,000 pairs have gone out to people who never get to sit down: tills, wards, kitchens, care rounds, cleaning shifts. Join the women who stopped believing sore feet came with the job.

Frequently asked questions
Which size do I pick?
Crew: S fits US 5.5–7.5 (UK 3–5), M fits US 8.5–11 (UK 6–8.5), L fits US 11.5–14.5 (UK 9–12).
Ankle: same sizes, plus XL for US 15–15.5 (UK 12.5–13).
Between two sizes, take the larger one.
Can they take 8 to 12 hours standing?
That is what they were built for. The cushioning is zoned, dense under the heel and the ball of the foot where a hard floor hits hardest, and thin everywhere else so it never packs out your shoe.
Will they stay up all day?
Yes. A wide ribbed cuff holds without digging a red ring into your calf, a deep heel pocket locks your heel in, and the arch band stops the sock sliding down inside a clog.
My feet sweat in closed shoes. Will these help?
There is no cotton and no wool in them, and those are the fibres that soak sweat up and keep it against your skin. A mesh panel over the top of the foot vents the heat.
Are they any good for sore heels and arches?
GroundGuard has been tested on real job sites, and the cushioning sits right where sore heels and arches feel it most: under the heel, the arch and the ball of the foot.
