Which size do I pick?
Crew: S fits US 5.5–7.5 (UK 3–5), M fits US 8.5–11 (UK 6–8.5), L fits US 11.5–14.5 (UK 9–12).
Ankle: same sizes, plus XL for US 15–15.5 (UK 12.5–13).
If your feet have gone up a size in the last few years, go by the size you wear now. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
Is this about the menopause?
Partly. Many women first notice sore heels and tired feet somewhere around the menopause, when the natural cushion under the foot gets thinner. Are they compression socks?
